Don’t get me wrong – I love real estate — AND I never lose sight of my role as guide, mentor and advocate for my clients as they consider one of the largest investments of their lives. For me, it’s more than selling homes — it’s exceeding expectations and making dreams come true. It’s about people, their families, hopes and dreams. I believe in relationships based on trust, knowledge and expertise and it shows in all that I do for my clients.

I have fourteen years of experience representing buyers and sellers of the finest homes in the historic towns of Concord, Lexington, Bedford and surrounding communities. And I’m in the market myself. I purchased, rehabbed and sold an investment property in Littleton, renovated a historic home in Bedford center that now houses my office and I am currently transforming a six-acre Bedford farm into my family’s home. Inspired by my passion for classic homes, I specialize in marketing, locating and assessing unique homes built prior to 1945.

I am a huge believer in real estate as a long-term investment and do everything I can to help buyers and sellers make the best decisions possible. I and my team do this through tireless research, attention to detail, fluid communication and by focusing on what’s important to you. We have created an extensive network and confidently recommend the area’s best attorneys, mortgage brokers, contractors and designers to support you in every aspect of your transaction.

I studied restaurant management at UMass Amherst and was accepted into the Disney College Program — both experiences provided the foundation of practical experience and attention to extraordinary customer service that is so crucial to my success in real estate.

Jessica Clark, Realtor and lead buyer specialist
jessica-clarkA lifelong resident of Maynard, Jessica knows the metro west area inside and out. In fact, she enjoyed the process of searching for and buying her home so much it inspired her to get her real estate license and focus her efforts on assisting buyers to find their perfect home.

Jessica began by focusing on bank-owned and short sale properties — a great way to dive right into the real estate market — and then joined Suzanne & Company in January 2011 as a buyer specialist. Her knowledge of the market area and dedication to her buyers is unmatched — she has successfully represented buyers in Bedford, Concord, Carlisle, Acton, Maynard, Stow, Westford, Sudbury and surrounding communities. Her goal is to make buying a home a smooth, stress-free transaction by staying on top of each and every detail so you never have to worry about anything falling between the cracks.

Jessica has an associate’s degree in paralegal studies and studied sociology at Northeastern University.

Laura Ferrara, Realtor and buyer specialist
Laura-FerraraLaura has over 20 years of experience in real estate, with an expertise in commercial real estate management. After receiving her real estate license in 2002 and acting as a sales agent from 2002-2007 she returned to property management, managing retail condo units in Boston as well as several retail strip centers located outside New England. Selling real estate and interacting with people has always been her passion. In particular, she finds it rewarding to help people with one of the biggest investments they will ever make — finding a house they can call home.

A New Englander from birth, Laura has lived in Belmont, Reading and Arlington.

In the process of buying her new home in Bedford last year, she was inspired to return to residential sales as a full time agent and become a part of the team at Suzanne & Company. She is in the process of completing her ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation.

Laura has an associate’s degree from Northeastern University in Business Administration.

Thais Collins, Realtor and buyer specialist
thais-collinsThais likes to say she fell in love with real estate “from the inside out.” Born and raised by entrepreneur parents in São Paulo, Brazil, she watched her interior designer mom transform many houses into homes. After moving to the US in 2006, while in the process of purchasing her family home in Woburn, she discovered real estate was the career she’d been looking for.

Thais joined Suzanne & Company as a Buyer Specialist in 2014. Her goal is to translate each client’s wishlist into reality, and she goes above and beyond to do so. Now a New Englander at heart, she appreciates the cultural variety of this unique region and works tirelessly to make the process of looking for, finding and purchasing a home a pleasantly memorable one for her clients.

Thais has a Bachelor’s degree in advertising from FAAP in Brazil and worked for worldwide agencies Grey Advertising and J Walter Thompson before moving to the US. Since then, she developed her love for customer service and interior design while managing brands like Anthropologie and West Elm. Real estate gathers all of her passions into one path — Thais is happy to work and raise her family (and new baby!) in a place she loves and continues to build relationships in.

Laura Bullock, Director of Staging, Design and Concierge Services
laura-bullockA Bedford resident for nearly 25 years and former co-owner of Smoke ‘n Mirrors Home Staging and ReDesign, Laura has been staging homes for Suzanne & Company the past few years and manages the warehouse space located in Bedford, which is stocked with furniture, rugs, lighting, bedding, accessories, artwork and more. While constantly perusing consignment shops and local sales to add to the growing inventory, Laura puts her extensive background of finding creative solutions to work for Suzanne & Company’s clients, whether it’s rearranging existing furnishings, choosing paint colors for one room or the entire house, or staging a vacant home. And it doesn’t stop once your sale or purchase is completed — Suzanne & Company offers ongoing homeowner support with a comprehensive vetted list of recommended vendors, shops and restaurants. Whether you need a plumber, roofer, florist or dog walker, emergency services or plowing, Laura is here to point you in the right direction.

Laura earned a BS in Early Childhood Education from Southern CT State University and has worked in customer service organizations at several Massachusetts high-tech start-up companies including Wellfleet Communications and Bay Networks. When she’s not involved with real estate, Laura volunteers for all things related to girls basketball and is an active advocate to save the Bedford’s historic Fawn Lake. And although she’s a native New Yorker, she’s now a true New England fan through and through!

Maureen Eliason, Realtor and Transaction Manager
Maureen is a lifelong resident of Bedford. Her mother was a real estate agent in Bedford for many years, so she grew up around the real estate industry and developed a keen interest along the way.

Maureen joined Suzanne & Co. in 2009 as the transaction coordinator. In that role she facilitates the flow of information and documents between sellers, buyers, agents and lawyers. She also coordinates many other details, including smoke detector installations and inspections and final water readings, freeing you to focus on the details of your life.

Since receiving her real estate license in 2010, Maureen also assists clients at showings, by attending home inspections, and hosting open houses. Her goal is to provide a seamless experience for both the seller and the buyer.

She has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Boston College and worked for Arthur Andersen and Andersen Consulting for over ten years, honing her client service skills along the way.

Becky Gould, Director of Team Operations
Becky-GouldBesides growing up in Bedford alongside Suzanne since preschool, Becky (born Becky Venuti) has strong connections to Bedford from spending countless hours scooping ice cream at her family’s business, Bedford Farms. She also brings an extensive retail, training and development back-ground to the table from successful stints with Aveda Corporation, Restoration Hardware, and The Container Store. She ensures the office is running smoothly, manages calendars,deadlines and meetings, as well as many more vital tasks. When she’s not busy keeping the Suzanne & Company team organized, she’s chasing her two children, Molly and Joey.
